The air has turned cooler and a bit crisp here in Cincinnati and I LOVE IT.
I still fear that the the 100 degree temps and 80% humidity will return any day; but for now I’m enjoying the snap in the air……
…..and the fun Fall things that goes along with it!

And most importantly, I love that Fall sense of newness; that first-day-of-school feeling that comes with it. I’ve always liked this time of year (versus January) for goal-setting and planning.
So let’s talk about goals….my personal fall goal is to get into a gym routine. Since I moved to Cincinnati in May, I’ve been a member of 3 gyms: the first was expensive the second one was inconvenient but this third one feels just right. Its affordable, located between work and home and had all my favorite equipment and classes (should have joined this one to begin with!). The beau and I are also on a rewards system for gym visits for each other to stay motivated (4 visits = a manicure for me and a few itunes for him). Feels like an attainable goal to maintain!
Do you goal-set in the Fall or January 1?
I personaly hate Jan 1 (feels like a giant, dreading Monday, ugh).
